I'm interested in the intersection of data science and finance and focus on this area in my work. Currently, I am a Business Intelligence Analyst at Mofid Securities. I graduated from the Isfahan University of Technology with a degree in mechanical engineering. My background in mechanical engineering and passion for critical thinking and analysis led me to the data science field. Through self-study and practice, I have learned how to work with data science tools, including Python and SQL. I am always eager to learn and experience new things.

Produced dashboards in Grafana for agents, team leaders, and supervisors in call center, advanced help desk, and quality assurance departments.
Utilized PostgreSQL to extract relevant data from various sources and ensured data accuracy through cleaning and validation. Employed techniques like data modeling, database design, indexing, and query optimization to improve database performance.
